CleanCo Clean G - Gin Alternative
The last few years have seen the emergence of a number of brands that cater to the low- and no-alcohol drinks segment. Whether you belong to the sober club or just want a break from the hard stuff, you can still enjoy a refreshing drink with the new range of low- and no-alcohol spirits. Château ISH Dealcholised Sparkling Wine
Late last year, Danish non-alcoholic drinks brand ISH launched a line-up of zero-alcohol takes on sparkling wines, spirits, and pre-mixed cocktails in the UK market.
The company's line of beverages are made with all-natural ingredients and flavourings, including real agave for its alcohol-free agave spirit, traditional red and white wine grapes for its de-alcoholized wines, botanicals and spices for its gin and rum substitutes, and a special distillate made with chilli seed shells to give drinkers the satisfying heat they are used to from alcohol.
Château del ISH is a multi award-winning non-alcoholic sparkling white wine based on a de-alcoholised blend of Pinot Blanc and Silvaner grapes.
The grapes are harvested and pressed directly, inoculated with a yeast culture and fermented in steel vats. Following fermentation the wines are gently dealcoholized in a proprietary vacuum distillation process in order to maintain the distinct properties of the grapes.
