UK goes into the second lockdown from 5 November until 2 December. New restrictions will be in place across the whole of England. When we had the first complete lockdown, going grocery shopping was like a nightmare. Aisles were stripped off daily staples (fruits, veggies, bread, milk etc.) and whatever time we visited, it was the same scene. I am hoping that this time the situation doesn't repeat itself. We need to ensure that everyone gets what they need.

For those who shop online, supermarket delivery slots were also not easy to book. So, I have been looking at smaller suppliers who offer online shopping services. Some deliver countrywide while some deliver only to certain postcode zones. One such service provider is 'Fruit for the Office' who have been operating a London fruit delivery service from the New Covent Garden Market for many years now. They buy and pack the fruits daily and transport it straight to the desks of their clients in London.

Freshly baked treats individually packaged and then packed in a sturdy cardboard box, the Sweet Treats Bakery Box (£25.99) was fab. We enjoyed all the treats and think this is a great idea, be it for the office or those working from home. The box can be ordered as a lovely treat to be enjoyed by the whole family as well.
