Teen Calm Box is a subscription box aimed at teenagers. It is the brainchild of the mother and daughter duo – Cathy and Freya – and contains goodies that will help teenagers relax and establish a self-care routine. The affirmation card and the wish bracelet are such fab ideas, while the face mask and the mouldable playdoh both are calming products. The aromatherapy playdoh was very interesting. It is infused with the essential oils of Rosewood, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine and Lavender and as it is moulded gently it relaxes the mind and body.

Fearne's book is full of useful advice and details simple, practical ways of finding happiness every day. A good read.

I also loved the memo pad and the deduction game, Sleuth Box.

Overall, a fantastic box that also makes for a great gift.
