I have to admit that I love snacking, so I was quite delighted to discover a new brand - Chika's - which is a delicious snack range featuring vegan-friendly, GMO and gluten-free products. The brand was created by Chika Russell taking inspiration from her travels to West Africa.

We sampled some of the products and liked them. The Smoked Almonds were scrumptious - a perfectly smoked flavour and the crunchy almonds made for a lovely taste sensation. They were not very salty which was another plus point. The Plantain crisps were tasty and again a beautiful blend of flavours. These would make a good alternative to potato crisps. The Black Pepper Cashews were my favourite - good quality cashews, perfect amount of pepper and overall beautifully seasoned. Loved it.
All the three products we sampled had an amazing flavour, were non-greasy and had a good percentage of protein per serving. The quality was good and the packaging beautiful. If you are looking for a taste of West African snacks, try Chika's.
