    I love baking and Orange cake is one of my favourites...I make a basic sponge mixture to which I add rind and juice of one orange then once cooked and cooled I skewer the bottom and add small amounts of orange juice over the next few hours. Top with an orange icing.... lovely!

    I love baking, especially family recipes that have been handed down through the generations. Grandma's rough cake is my favourite. It was never the same twice as it varied with what she could afford / had in her store cupboard on the day she made it! My version is a bit more consistentas my budget is not quite as tight as hers :)

    I love baking, but don't get to do it as much as I would like. One of my favorites has got to be coffee cake however I make it with a plain light fluffy sponge but add lashings of coffee butter cream. Oh I might just have to go and make one!

    My favourite recipe is almond flavoured shortbread. Whilst I make great Yorkshire puddings - any other type of pudding or cake needs more practise :)
