While candles are perfect for any season or special occasion, they are simply brilliant for Halloween. You can use an array of different types of candles and fragrances to create a scary atmosphere and make your Halloween spookier than ever.
PartyLite candles, who are a direct sales company, offer a wide range of fragrances, candles and accessories suited for the Halloween season. In addition to essentials like jar candles, melts, votives and tea light candles, they have a selection of some really unique and novelty votive and tea light holders, colour-changing candle bases and fragrance warmers. Their Halloween fragrances include scents like: Golden Birch, Hocus Pocus and Spiced Cognac to name a few.
I was recently sent some pieces from PartyLite's Halloween collection. First up; a pair of scented mini jar candles from the Hocus Pocus range (Set of 2, £15.95). With a burn time of around 20-30 hours each, these are mini jars featuring an artistic skull design. The wax comes in bright, neon purple and yellow colours and is very eye-catching - perfect for Halloween. The scent as mentioned earlier is Hocus Pocus and is a mix of citrus and floral notes with an addition of coconut and praline making it a very different and unexpected scent - a scent which aims to cast a spell on you this Halloween.
Next is a pair of tea light holders called Itzy and Bitzy (Set of 2, £10.50). I fell in love with them as soon as I unpacked the box. Though these are meant to add to the scary factor, I found them very endearing and lovely. I had never imagined I would love spiders in any form! I have a fear of them but Itzy and Bitzy won me over! These will definitely make an excellent addition to your Halloween décor.
This is the first time I have tried home fragrances from PartyLite and I like them. The seasonal selection looks lovely and the scents I have tried smell amazing. If you are interested in looking through the entire Halloween catalogue (I am sure you will want everything featured in it) or want to become a PartyLite consultant and host your own party, then check out their website.
