I enjoy a glass of good, red wine. Research claims that red wine is beneficial for your heart and also lowers cholesterol. Recent studies have shown that red wine has a surprising benefit for skin as well. Resveratrol, a highly potent antioxidant found in the skin of red grapes is said to improve tissue elasticity and protect the skin against environmental damage.
All the three products contain high concentrations of Resveratrol and are suitable for even sensitised skin. We tried out the DHC Resveratrol Cream here at DB Reviews and here is our feedback on the same. The cream is very thick and luxurious in texture. Even though it is quite dense, it applies easily and did not cause any breakouts on my combination, sensitised skin. It is immensely hydrating and moisturising and feels like it stays on the skin protecting it from environmental stresses all through the day. Very little product is needed for each application, so for a combination skin like mine the jar would have lasted very long. I used it on alternate days for a couple of weeks. Mr.H who has very dry skin was impressed with the effects of the cream on my skin and decided to give it a go. He has been using the cream for around 4 weeks now - applying it daily and according to him this is the best face cream he has ever tried. It has kept dryness totally at bay and has actually improved the texture of his skin. We both are very impressed.
If you are looking for a cream that provides intensive hydration and leaves your skin soft and with improved texture, then do give this product a try.
The cream retails at £43.00 and is available at www.dhcuk.co.uk You can also pick up selected DHC products from leading stores like Selfridges, Fenwick, Bliss Pharmacy, BeautyMART and Urban Outfitters.
