I was recently sent an 8oz Olympus Jar Soy Candle in White Tea and Ginger scent. This is one of Sentelle's best sellers and now I understand why. The soy wax is a beautiful peach colour and has been hand poured into a conical glass jar. It has a very Oriental fragrance. Imagine a blend of citrus with sweet jasmine and exotic spices and tea! It is such a delicious scent. Every time I have lit the candle, the wonderful fragrance has filled the room with happiness. I also like the fact that the candle burns uniformly and does not tunnel. Like I mentioned earlier, soy candles burn slowly. I have been using this candle for a while now and the wax seems to be lasting longer than a standard paraffin wax candle. Overall, based on my experience, this one is a wonderful scent for the lounge.

Tip: Here is a wonderful tip from Sentelle to ensure there is no wastage of the candle. The first time you burn the soy jar candle, you should burn it all the way to the glass edge. This normally takes about 4 hours and this sets the memory burn. At subsequent times you can burn your candle for any length of time and it would always burn to the edge of the glass.
