Earlier in the year I had reviewed Peanut Hottie in Peanut Butter flavour. A new flavour was launched recently and I received the latest addition to the Peanut Hottie family for review on the blog. There is no denying the fact that peanut butter and chocolate make an awesome combination. So, when an email arrived from Peanut Hottie telling me about the 'Peanut Butter & Chocolate' flavour, I was quite excited. Having tried it - it's now time for the review.
The packaging of the new product is similar to the older flavour except for one major difference - the colour of the lid. The new flavour has a darker lid signifying the addition of chocolate. The powder was also a little bit darker than the original version and I could smell chocolate along with peanuts :) Like the other flavour, you just need to add boiling water to make Peanut Hottie in chocolate flavour. Each 20g serving contains only 83 calories but the drink scores a total 100 for the taste. The drink was smooth and slightly thicker than the original. It has retained the nutty element but gone up a notch higher in taste because of the addition of chocolate. Absolutely yummy. I love it. It is perfect for the winter months - well, it is actually perfect for any day throughout the year.
If you love peanut butter and chocolate, you should give this new flavour a try. You can pick it up from Tesco, Sainsbury's or Waitrose.
