Holding pride of place on my bedside cabinet for the past few weeks is the Time Bomb GLORY DAYS Day Cream. Touted to be a 4-in-one multi-tasker that moisturizes, primes, evens skin tone while also brightening the skin, it is no wonder that I have been hearing positive reviews about this intense anti-ageing formula on the blogosphere.
I recently wrote about Borage Oil cream and its benefits, So, when I noticed that the Glory Days Day Cream had a high level of Borage oil content(an ingredient which is well known for its anti-ageing properties) and also Hyaluronic acid I knew that this was a product I had to give a go myself. The first thing that caught my attention was the subtle gorgeous fragrance. Ohh, it smells so lovely and delicate - a mild Lavender and Rosemary fragrance. The second thing that caught my fancy was the texture of the cream. It is light and gets absorbed very quickly into the skin. And the best part is that it leaves no trace behind - absolutely none. While this is definitely a plus point as it forms a wonderful base for the next step of your skincare/makeup routine, it can also be a cause for confusion for someone as forgetful as me :) Lost in thoughts I have a couple of times ended up applying the cream twice because I could not see the cream at all. It just disappears once you have applied it. The only thing that lingers is the delicate fragrance. Overall, I love the texture, fragrance and the ease of absorption of this cream.
The cream contains a blend of Glucose and White Flower Oils along with a Hyaluronic Acid Complex that plumps and tightens the skin on application. It leaves the skin soft and smooth without any greasiness. Perfect for your makeup to go on. While I do not use makeup, just the application of the cream makes my skin look hydrated and glowing. I haven't seen much difference in my fine lines because of the cream but it definitely has made my skin hydrated and fresh. If you are in your 40s or above this cream will surely give your skin a good silky hydration. I am loving it and the jar looks pretty on my bedside cabinet :)
You can pick up the Glory Days Day Cream(45ml, £28.00) online from the Time Bomb Co website. Have you tried anything from the Time Bomb product range? Do you have a favourite product?
