Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world. There are numerous ways to prepare and serve it. Coffee can also be combined with alcohol to conjure up some yummy drinks like Tia Maria, Kahlua and the much loved Irish coffee. While I am not a regular coffee drinker, I do enjoy Irish Coffee occasionally. And I believe it is best served in a proper Irish Coffee glass. Speciality glasses are useful to have around the house as every drink looks best when it is presented in a specific style of glass. While looking for Irish coffee glasses online, I came across drinkstuff - an online store offering pub and bar related items to domestic users.
With a really huge collection of products ranging from cocktail bundle kits to wine chillers, from novelty glasses to creative tableware and from bar accessories to bar stools and mini fridges, drinkstuff are practically a one-stop shop for all your glassware needs. After having looked at many sites, I finally found the kind of Irish coffee glasses I wanted at drinkstuff.
Made of heat resistant Borosilicate glass, the set comprises of four coffee glasses, each with a stainless steel surround and a handle giving it a classic feel. Each glass comes with a coaster and a spoon stirrer which also doubles up as a sipping straw! I loved the whole design and this was just what I had in mind when I was browsing through the web in search of coffee glasses. Each glass holds around 280ml and is the perfect size. The set looks lovely and is perfect to serve Irish coffee or any other warm drink. The spoon-stirrer/straw is an ingenious idea and presence of the handle makes it easy to handle the glasses. Overall, the set is a winner and currently is available for £9.99, 50% off its original price.
Tip: To ensure the longevity of the glass Set it is advised to warm the glasses by running them under warm water.
