With Christmas and New Year not far away, parties and entertaining will pick up steam in the coming weeks. It is always good to have a variety of drinks stocked at home; for you never know when you might need them. A carbonated soft drink that I am currently enjoying is the Laimon Fresh sparkling lemon, lime and mint drink.
Made with 100% natural ingredients and juices, this one is very refreshing and tastes great. It can be served as is for the teetotallers and can also be used to stir up impressive cocktails. I enjoyed drinking it both the ways although I would give a slight preference to the cocktail drink ;-) I mixed it up with dark blackstrap rum and it was perfect. The zing of lemon and lime with the 'minty' flavour of mint was perfect to balance the heavy-bodied rich flavour of the rum. LOVE.
