Since 1977 Sanctuary Spa has been helping women to relax and rejuvenate at their magical spa retreats. Their Covent Garden Spa in London is a haven of luxurious facilities and they know what each skin type needs and tailor their treatments accordingly. With such a reputation, it is no wonder their skin and body care products are much sought after.
Their body butters are intensely nourishing and I love them. Today however I will be reviewing a product from their long lasting moisture range - The 4 Day Moisture Body Oil Spray. The first thing that drew me towards this product was the two part spray. A luxurious golden oil layer at the bottom and a refreshing water layer on top. It reminded me of a No7 Hair Protect Spritz that I used to use some time back. Even that spritz was a two-part spritz. You need to shake the bottle well to mix both the layers and then spray it onto your skin. The spray is non-sticky and non-greasy (Avon Dry oil Spray which I have used earlier used to leave my skin a wee bit greasy compared to this one) and feels lovely on the skin. One advantage of oil spray moisturiser is that it saves you time, as in you don't have to spend lot of time rubbing it in. A little rub and it gets absorbed nicely and you are ready to go. The aqua-oil blend smells wonderful and it does leave my skin soft for quite a long time.
One of the key ingredients of this spray is Gold of Pleasure oil(Camelina sativa seed oil) - which is nature's richest source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils. Add to this Vitamin E and Olive Oil and this body oil spray is luxuriously moisturising. Overall, its a perfect product to carry along on a holiday, as application is easy and not time consuming. The spray nozzle ensures that there is no product wastage and this 125ml bottle priced at £6.99 on Sanctuary Spa's website will last a long time.
