Hello All, This is my first review of any kind of wipes and I am quite excited to share my views on the Braun Silk-epil pre-epilation wipes.

My Thoughts: I haven’t used these kinds of pre-epilation wipes earlier. But trust me since I received this packet from my friend Dee I have used it a number of times and am quite impressed with the product. These wipes are designed to prepare your skin for a gentle epilation. These are not meant to numb the skin but rather make the hair more visible and raised so that the epilator can pick them up nicely without much pain. They have a very floral fragrance which I liked a lot. An excellent product; not too wet but just the right amount of moisture; very easy to use and makes the whole experience less painful leaving the skin smoother.

When using these wipes before epilation it does not make your skin dry, rather keeps it moist throughout the epilation with no redness or scratchy feeling. These wipes are best for dry skin beauties. These wipes can also be used in sensitive skin areas like underarms as it makes the epilator glide more smoothly. I have always waxed my arms and legs because epilator ‘pulled’ the hair and hurt a lot but these wipes have solved that problem.

Final verdict: These wipes are designed by Olay to prepare your skin for a smooth & gentle epilation. These are really helpful especially on underarms because without using them the epilator tends to pull the hair hard which hurts and leaves the skin feeling itchy and red. Excellent product for sensitive areas and for those with dry skin.
